  Offsite Construction for Total Quality Control

  Building in factory-controlled conditions gives you both technical and environmental benefits.

  We have total control of quality in every detail, so the finished structure guarantees consistently high thermal efficiency and structural integrity. In fact we work to a dimensional tolerance of 2mm - unheard of in conventional site-based construction.

  Waste is also minimized in terms of materials and energy used in the build process. Plus, Eco Estates’ method significantly reduces the ‘road miles’ which would normally add to the carbon footprint.

  Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs): a 21st Century Solution

  These advanced, high thermal efficiency building materials are essentially what we’re made of - a strong and stable combination of expanded polystyrene sandwiched between orientated strand board (OSB).

  SIPs are our ‘building blocks’ for structures. There’s no need for extra insulation, or energy and resource consuming steel or timber frameworks. SIPs are simply faced with a range of finish options, such as roof tiles and stone or brick slips to harmonize with the surrounding environment.

  This form of construction has been used for the last 50 years in the United States and Europe. A broad range of sectors in the UK use this form widely.

  Highly Energy Efficient Buildings

  Eco Estates provide a highly thermally efficient (U-Values 0.2-0.3) and air tight structure (Q50=3) incorporating the latest heating and cooling technologies. This ensures customers benefit from significantly reduced running costs, as low as £100 per year. All our customers benefit from buildings that achieve an Energy Performance of A/B.
